Section 2
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The 777ay platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform:

Players who are found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned in accordance with our verification procedures.

- You have not previously had a 777ay account closed for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
777ay actively verifies player age and identity as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address or mobile number ownership at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 777ay may result in account access restrictions, delayed withdrawals, or account closure.
777ay uses automated and manual monitoring to detect underage gambling. Any account identified as potentially belonging to a minor will be suspended immediately and investigated. 777ay encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

Account Registration & Verification

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777ay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 777ay will not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777ay will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ay support immediately using the contact details provided on this site.
As part of our KYC verification process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
777ay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Only payment methods registered in the player's own name may be used — third-party payment is prohibited.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's 777ay balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be reflected. 777ay does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000 via bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Requests above ৳50,000 or requests on unverified accounts may be subject to additional review and may take up to 3 business days to process. 777ay reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request without prior notice.
All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, unless the player has provided satisfactory verification supporting the use of an alternative method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
Currency: All player balances on the 777ay platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed in the platform interface use the ৳ symbol. Currency conversion is not offered; players must transact in BDT only.

Bonuses & Promotions
777ay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. - Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. - Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting in to a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus balance.
- Abuse Prevention: 777ay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting strategies, arbitrage wagering across accounts, and coordinated multi-account play. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances voided and may be closed permanently.
- Free Bet and Free Spin Terms: Free bets applied to the sportsbook are single-use and do not return the stake on winning. Free spins on slots games are awarded at a fixed coin value stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
777ay reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, 777ay will honour reasonable claims for bonus funds already credited to accounts in good standing.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 777ay sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Individual sport-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available within each sporting category on the platform.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the player. Until this confirmation is received, the bet has not been successfully placed. 777ay is not liable for bets that fail to complete due to connectivity interruptions on the player's side.

Void Bets: 777ay reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) the player had access to inside information not available to the general public at the time of placement; or (d) the integrity of the event is under investigation.
Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, and crash games, operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the bet returned unless the game provider's systems confirm a completed outcome.
Maximum Winnings: 777ay applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. Specific limits vary by product and are communicated within the relevant game or market. 777ay reserves the right to withhold winnings above the stated maximum pending management review.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
Players must use the 777ay platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to generate unintended winnings.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Colluding with other players or platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
- Using the platform while registered on a self-exclusion list.
- Accessing the platform on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party including family members.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or interfere with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits in bad faith while retaining wagering activity derived from those deposits.
777ay employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes that monitor player activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 777ay will take all necessary steps including reporting activity to relevant financial institutions and regulatory authorities where legally required.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 777ay account at any time by contacting the support team using the email address displayed on this site. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of active bonus funds, which are forfeited on closure) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Company-Initiated Suspension: 777ay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; the account fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements; or the Company is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure (whether player- or company-initiated), any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and resulting winnings applied to the balance before final return of funds where applicable. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure in all cases. 777ay retains transaction and account records for the periods required by applicable law notwithstanding account closure.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from the 777ay platform may request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of confirmation.
